HD 12" Subwoofer Refurbished

i got a pair of these only played them for a few minutes but they sound great look great there a win win i have the 10 they sound good i just want a little more these are great

I have it on a 2k watt amp in a box I built specifically for it from this site a sealed box and soon as it got broke in it started to bottom out. You can tell it is not the cone that goes with the sub sure I am ok with that, so I hooked up my friend's HD12 and it was slamming clearly not the same or even close product So my issue is clearly It cannot handle 2k to 3k/4k wattage which it is supposed to do. Bought it with snap also so no return This is like worst case for me I thought this sub would fix all my issues and sadly it left me in a state of wtf do I do now.

We will see what your customer service is before I give 5 stars, I ordered 2 subwoofer HD's and one came off center and seized up. if they give me a shipping label rather than making me pay for their mistake to send it back I will be absolutely thrilled and recommend them to anyone and its 5 stars across the board as the one operation sub works amazingly, if they do not I will never buy anything from them again as its not my mistake I should not have to pay for it and subsequently 0 stars.
