I purchased several items of American Bass. I’m purchased some from the website itself and some from other sites. I’m writing about the purchases on the website itself. Not good. I purchased a radio in September 2026. I was finally able to get it installed in October, 2026. After installing the radio, amplifier, and subsystem, the installer noticed, the radios inside screen was broken. The outside screen is intact along with the plastic covering it. I’m unable to get anyone to help me with this issue. I tried calling the company and they just want to call you back. It’s all AI generated now. I’ve even sent emails and asked for refund or replacement, in which they’ve said it’s too late. Basically, I’m out the money spent on the radio, and have a hole in my dash, until I can get a replacement. This is the last thing I’ll ever order from American Bass.

i have bought 2 vfl comp sig 15d1 subwoofers ,and a godfather 1522 subwoofer off these guys, and they. are some of the liudest and best sounding subwoofers i have ever owned, plus shipping was fast upto canada, and when i had an issue with a return theough amazon the team at american bass reached out to me to make sure that my return was processed and my refund was completed, awesome staff, and top notch products!
The overall shopping experience was great. It was a little confusing in the beginning when I clicked on the product that came up in my Google search. The price on it was substantially lower than the website. It wasn’t until I got all the way to check out that it updated with a coupon code that seems to be generated by Google. I was happy to see this and it shipped quickly. It just didn’t ship together. It came in two separate boxes on two separate days with no over boxing. I’m still giving them five stars because it was a fantastic price. I just hope they’re able to work on the packaging a little bit.
