Godfather 3500.1D Amplifier Refurbished

Got two first one went out within a week and the warranty took over a month to be completed and to get a new amp the second one went out conveniently the day after the warranty went out would not recommend products okay the customer service is horrible

I wrote to you guys about it in detail and I don't have any replies. I call nobody answers. What's going on? I'm out of an amp right now

First off let me start with the amp. It’s a very nice build. Heat sink is pretty stout. Fan is relatively quiet. Mine is mounted under my back seat so muffles it. On the O scope I got 59v clean at 1ohm so seems to be underrated since it’s rated to do around 3000. So in my opinion it’s a value buy. Now on to the customer service. I only purchased this amp because there was a discount and it showed the discount until I checked out then it disappeared. Yes I know that’s my fault but I get click happy when buying things. I immediately tried contacting AB through email's, FB messenger, even tried Bob. Finally talked to someone on the phone and he said someone would call me back and here it is 2 weeks later and nothing.
